Sleep

I tried pills available on-line. They seemed to help, but I didn't care for taking pill and I'm not sure if they helped. Then I found these drops and I like them much better. I think they taste great and they seem to help with my sleep. I take them an hour or two before bed and many times I go to bed and drift off to sleep quickly. I still have issues sleeping, but these seem to help me get the sleep that I need.
I think I am less stressed through out the day as well. I will be using this product in the future.

I have been using this extract for 4 months. I have tried several different Ashwagandha extracts on the market. I keep coming back to Superior Mtn. Herbs because it works and the taste is not offensive. My sleep has improved dramatically as well as my capacity to handle daily stress.
